Webinar: How MetroHealth Embraces Price Transparency and Consumerism
One of our most forward thinking clients, The MetroHealth System (based in Cleveland, Ohio), will share its experiences with consumerism, price transparency, and patient financial communications during an HFMA webinar next Tuesday, August 30th.
The webinar, titled "Moving Patient Access to the Front Lines: How MetroHealth is Embracing Consumerism," will feature Donna Graham, Senior Director of Revenue Cycle.
According to HFMA, the webinar will allow attendees to:

The Adopter program recognizes hospitals, physician practices, and other provider organizations for implementing best practices, such as providing convenient access to information about financial assistance programs and taking steps to ensure that patients understand their financial responsibility for care.
